A Chocolate fountain is a unique way to accent any party, catered event or dessert buffet.

The American Chocolate Fountain® is manufactured in three sizes (small, medium and large). Our small chocolate fountain will hold up to 5 kilograms of chocolate. The large fountain holds up to 15 kilograms of chocolate.

Set up takes only minutes and operation could not be easier. The heavy duty fountain maintains the chocolate at an ideal temperature (approx 60c). Our precision stainless steel auger, re circulates the warm chocolate up through the fountain and back down over the stainless steel tiers.

The upper tier unit and auger disassembles for easy cleaning. Simply remove the top cap, stainless steel auger and slide off the self locking tiers and "O" rings. Lift off the outer tube and place in the dishwasher for easy cleaning and sterilization.

	Service and support guaranteed with our 5 year warranty! Solidly constructed from 304 food grade stainless steel, sealed bearings, high torque air cooled motors, precision gears and timing belts. Tiers are spun from a single piece of steel (not fused, glued or welded) to hold up to dishwasher sterilization and rugged commercial use. Auger is 304 food grade stainless steel. Caterers and food service professionals insist on the quality, durability and sanitary qualities of stainless steel. That's why our catering equipment is a favourite of the food service and party rental industry.

	The drive motor used in The American Chocolate Fountain™ is a high torque AC induction motor developed by Baldor, one of Americas' oldest and most reliable manufacturers of industrial electric motors and drive systems.
	Cooling fans are a great idea for greater longevity and performance, that is why we include one in the BASE of our chocolate fountain. The advantage to placing the fan in the base of the fountain as opposed to being integrated into the motor is efficient cooling of the motor and base. Also, should the fan need replacing, it does not require replacement or service to the motor.
	Chocolate Fountain Carry cases Formed from stress resistant, high impact ABS plastic, our case gives your chocolate fountain the protection it needs during storage and transport. Our chocolate fountain cases are designed to make tear down and set up of The American Chocolate Fountain® quick and efficient with a minimum of mess and fountain disassembly.
