Since the companies formation in 2004 we have tried a wide variety of chocolate, always seeking to improve on the quality and the ideal chocolate for the use of our fountains. Earlier in 2007 we discovered a company in Barcelona, Spain that offers a wide and perfect blend of chocolate for our use.
Not only is the craft important, but the origins of the cocoa bean and the understanding of the processors all come together to add value to the final product. The chocolate we provide comes
fresh from the manufacturers without further melting or additives.
The production process is not compromised in delivering to our customers, fresh couverture chocolate, of the highest quality.

The origin of CHOCOVIC has to be sought in the Barcelona city of Vic, where a small family business, CHOCOLATES ARUMI was born in 1872. Its will to serve led it to make special formulas for the families of the city, in line with their particular tastes.
In 1977 it became known as CHOCOVIC, and made itself an industrial chocolate factory specializing in the craft baking-sweet making sector.
